Zoho Analytics caters for small and large business. It can handle all popular data types.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cloud solution moving parallel with the modern times we live in!

What do you dislike most about this product?

More improved location and gps reporting would be beneficial.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

From a small business owner, to a large corporate the Zoho analytics is a must! Any business can benefit by applying insight to their data. It has an affordable monthly subscription catering for all business types.

What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

Zoho Analytics is cheaper than many of its competitors, especially the bigger analytics players like PowerBI and Tableau. Zoho is definitely not the most powerful option on the market, but if you’re integrating relatively few data sources then it gets the job done. The biggest differentiator for Zoho Analytics is the other Zoho apps (CRM, Sales IQ, Projects, etc) that integrate with Analytics, and if you get a Zoho One subscription the cost for all apps is relatively low, providing great value.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pre-templated dashboard options are sleeker than many other analytics platforms on the market, and they’re relatively easy to set up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not as intuitive as other simple dashboard solutions like Google Data Studio and TapClicks. Definitely takes some upfront time figuring out how to set things up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go with Zoho Analytics if you’re integrating with other Zoho apps. If you need to integrate a lot of third-party data, you might be better off going with another platform.

Out of box integrations and AI driven auto dashboard creation

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support response time is long. It takes at least a day to get first response. However one does not need to go to support often.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very good product with transparent pricing.
