Breadth of features available for a reasonable price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That URL links can be spun up for different dashboards, not requiring the intended viewer to have a login or to signup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the dashboard designs feel a little clunky and could be modernised.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're starting out on your reporting and visualisation journey, this is a great place to start.

What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

The innate integration of ZOHO Analytics with other software like ZOHO Books, ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Desk is amazing. It is basically all my data is in one place. For others, I have to do the integration and pull the data together before making anything fully functional.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Base level integration, pivoting features, data analysis, automated reporting to multiple stakeholders

What do you dislike most about this product?

API restrictions do create a problem. Also, when we delete any field in any module and if it is used in any table or dashboard, that either gets deleted or become all bonkers because then we have to start again. Ideally, it should remove that field from that report or give a notification, that these reports are getting hampered, but it does not.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a company of multiple teams, then you can first check the roles and access, because that can be a limitation. Rest this software is amazing to capture and analyze data in the full form. There are limitations on rows, but that can be increased with add-on payments.
