What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

Zoom has various great features. It's very easy to use and also maintain high quality video and clear audio, even on low connections.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That will be the simplicity for end users and also the fact that Zoom supports features for companies large meetings, Zoom Room and so on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom is a great app overall, but sometimes it can be a bit heavy on my computer making things slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

From my experience, Zoom is a great tools for reliable video calls that is easy to join with other great features for both individuals and companies of all sizes. So, I highly recommend it.
