What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

1. Zoom is easy to use, with little or no tutorial you can click your way around and get the job done, It's basically user friendly 2. The gallery view just gave Zoom an edge over similar products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The gallery view has helped a lot during this pandemic, it gives us the feeling of one on one meeting, it's so fantastic

What do you dislike most about this product?

After paying for a licence I still can't have more than one meeting running simultaneously

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Use Zoom, the interphase is easy to understand and it runs smoothly for both meetings and trainings.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

Zoom differs by its high business level allowing to join from anywhere and from any device, with integrated HD video and audio, with support meetings of up to 1000 participants, provides excellent integrated collaboration tools, I love the possibility of making collaborative annotations , group chats, searchable history, a visually pleasant interface, optimized use of the calendar, scheduling and starting from Outlook and Gmail, a powerful communication tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that Zoom helps me and offers me the ease of working and video conferencing from anywhere and from any device, making the way I communicate with my colleagues, clients and teammates much easier, it helps me collaborate and work productively and efficiently with the ease of just one click, it helps me save my money on travel and commuting, remote management and assistance are much easier and simpler, it helps me increase my workflow, get closer in some way to the people I need without having to move from one place to another, it has boosted the productivity and success of my business and helped me grow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom is a communications platform that undoubtedly offers a quality service, in terms of videoconferences, chats, calls and web conferences, since I use it in all its facets it has worked perfectly without any type of error, everything works very well and so far I have nothing to dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Zoom because it is a tool that is optimized to work collaboratively, a real-time communications tool that offers video calls, web conferences, group chats, instant messaging and much more, a software that adapts to our needs and It is of great help to boost the productivity of our business, it helps to collaborate on our projects, it improves the relationship with clients and teammates, it offers a pleasant, simple and easy-to-use interface, it can be used from any browser and from any place and device mobile, best of all with free trial.
