What do you dislike most about this product?

Its free version should last more than 40 minutes, in these difficult times you have to think about the number of children who study through this platform.

I use zoom 2 or 3 times a week now I use more than before. revolutionized the way of doing online meetings, with zoom we have a lot to gain , but connected people at the same time, love to make presentations through zoom and escorts with family and friends, and in the most important work meetings, the zoom meets very well the need. very light and currently very safe, I like the zoom, and the free version is excellent, the paid version has an excellent cost, it is a complete software for all audiences, we can close the microphones and authorize who will talk, we can make video calls, we have the chat chat and we can also record the meetings, among many functions, only enter the room with the permission of the moderator of the room. the support is very excellent, it responds very fast!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the zoom solved a number of problems mainly in the work meetings I do not need to go to the customer or supplier, we can do it by extending the presentation of a product service until making budgets, allowed me to continue with meetings, schedules etc., with meetings and conversations and better with zooming, reduced the costs of my car , this was the most impactful for me. I do integrations with zoom and youtube when needed, the very full zoom is very robust, lightweight and secure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

right when i started using the zoom the issue of lack of security worried me at first, there was a lot of news about the security of the zoom and i was very worried. and I was very happy when it was improved, well the zoom has a lot of tools, but at first you couldn’t get everything fast just after using it 2 or 3 times you’re already very good to use it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom offers several useful and pleasant resources for those who use the software.
