What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way it was easy to implement and use was the first thing to like about Zoom. Availability of the free version is another best thing that I give kudos.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Disconnecting video calls after 40 minutes is what I really dislike, for the free version.

To be considerate on both the source of the finance and the video conferencing requirements.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

ZOOM is unique in its style, In recent months, due to the current situation of Covid-19 Zoom, it has been TOO useful for me, since I teach a series of courses in digital marketing development and I do it in person because I have always trusted in the effectiveness of this style of teaching more than online, but since you have to stay safe I decided to use zoom, a tool that I use for video conferencing and communication in general, now I use it to teach classes and I solved that work problem and I am quite comfortable with the results.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The video conference quality offered by zoom is extraordinary, they are stable and of excellent audio and video quality. Particularly I use zoom to teach some courses or marketing development classes, Zoom facilitates the action of giving virtual classes with its option of dedicated video and very similar to a classroom, this type of virtual room is very easy to create, you just follow the steps and that's it, it will give you a link and you will proceed to share it with the students or people who want to receive the course, this platform is very stable, I can also integrate the use of virtual sheets to better explain the topic to be discussed .. I really like this option of Zoom and more in the current day to day that we have to keep ourselves safe.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have carefully analyzed my experience in Zoom and I have not got any reason why there is something on this platform that I dislike, it is stable, reliable, fluid and safe. Sometimes I have the odd frequency drop, that is, a small obstacle that distorts the image but nothing serious, it has always worked excellently well for me. It is a very good platform with excellent attributes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you, like mine, need to send information, teach classes or knowledge to a series of people and you are willing to learn about great software and a great platform, then look no further and use zoom, in my opinion it is the best video software market conference.

Zoom imposes a high limit of 40 minutes to make a free video call. Call made by Zoom are encrypted, although it doesn't encompass end-to-end encryption.

With free account, I am able to get everything encompassed on its capabilities. Live streaming, call recording and presentations are among the best things.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I slightly dislike how i am forced to hang up after 40 minutes while making free video calls.

To use Zapier if they want to connect Zoom with multiple internal services.
