What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

Zoom is a platform that is very different from other platforms that offer video conferencing and video calls because its operation is much superior to other platforms because it offers fluidity and speed for each request made by the user. Zoom is capable of processing any videoconference always in a fluid way, no matter how many members are in the videoconference, in the same way it will work immediately for any movement that the user wants to make on the platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In my personal and work opinion, I consider that Zoom is an extremely suitable platform for processing all types of videoconferences, since it has a diverse functionality which helps communication to be stable and does not have any type of delay in the sharing of information . About this platform, I have noticed several positive factors which every day make me choose it as the main platform for communication in my company, these factors have been: 1.- Zoom has excellent compatibility for a wide variety of devices, quickly adapting to Tablets, Phones or computers. I think this is what I liked the most since I can take the Zoom platform with me wherever I go. 2.- Zoom works in excellent video quality on any of the devices, this has allowed me to have a better visualization when communicating with my co-workers in various meetings or when communicating with important clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As I mentioned before, I love this platform for the great agility it represents when it comes to working in all types of video conferences, however, it is also necessary to highlight some of the functions or characteristics that I noticed which were negative during my experience, these factors negatives were: 1.- Zoom has a very inefficient file transfer, I believe that this functionality should be exponentially improved to allow users to transfer files more quickly and without having to wait so long. Currently, the file transaction takes a long time to send a file to a specific person. 2.- The second thing that I did not like about Zoom is not related to its operation, but to its prices, I believe that Zoom should offer prices more adapted to each user, and offer plans with a more accessible price. Currently, I find Zoom's prices to be a bit high compared to its competition.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is capable of achieving a stable environment of connectivity with any person or business group. This platform, despite the poor file transaction it has, is capable of producing excellent results regarding the connectivity that the various members of a videoconference may have. It is really worth it for medium or large companies that need to exponentially improve work communication.
