What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

It is easy to use ,easy to setup admin tools and the cost is affordable for all sizes of businss.The interface is lightweight and straightforward on both mobile and desktop devices.Great for remote work and communication among teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The video quality we recievedis excellent, and audio comes through clearly too. We were able to share multiple screens and use whiteboard functions to annotate projects. Additionally, Zoom gave us the freedom to connect on any device that suits us – including smartphones.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It gets costly when when transitioning to a larger team as the price is dependednt on the tier a company chooses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is an amazing video conferencing software solution. If you aren't ready to commit, no problem! Zoom offers a free version too.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

Its unique usage ability where it can be used from both the Windows and Mobile devices and hence offers alternatives in its usage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its easy to install and register and this makes its versatile and easy to adopt in all organizations. Still allows one to even update their details and identity thus allowing users to clearly know whom they are talking and conversing with. Comes in a number of plans including even the basic one which is free to use and this allows even the start-up companies that are yet to establish themselves to communicate in a stable manner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes when the internet connection is poor, virtual meetings become disrupted and become inaudible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its an easy to use platform and this enhances its usage across all organizations improving the way they communicate.

It comes with a mobile version for usage from a mobile device and this allows versatility in its usage at all times

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It supports clear and audible video calls and this allows our staff to communicate with clarity and incisiveness. It has enabled us thrive and communicate well during this period of pandemic and even execute interviews with it and this has helped comply with the enacted health regulations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes when the internet connection is poor, the video calls become inaudible and not clear.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a good platform and this will give you another dimension in communication and improve it for the best.
