The features such as breakout rooms, waiting room...

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It can accommodate a classroom full of students, plus more...so meetings are more convenient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometime the share button is difficult to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use a password to protect your meeting.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

To my knowledge, ZOOM is the only product to offer the ability to have breakout rooms for smaller sessions or separate discussions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that meetings can be scheduled well in advance and that I can select the features to use for each meeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that meetings can be easily hacked if the proper features aren’t used when setting the meeting up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are the meeting organizer and have never used ZOOM, I would set up a meeting with friends or coworkers to practice with any features you are planning to use.
