The user interface is outstanding, putting key meeting controls and privacy settings upfront, which saves time and makes it much easier to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be really helpful if Zoom offered a dedicated, well-organized cloud drive with each account, making it easier for users to store and find files and meeting recordings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

New users should take time to understand privacy settings and basic controls like muting, screen sharing, and workspace permissions to avoid disruptions and keep meetings running smoothly.
