It is easily accessible via web browser, mobile, or desktop applications. The platform offers tools and solutions for a wide range of use cases, from individual users to large-scale corporate deployments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom is reliable and works well with unstable internet connection. The simple user interface helps users to focus and avoid wasting time on understanding the interface and getting familiar with it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I've noticed that the Zoom desktop application has become more demanding on my computer's resources lately, leading to slightly slower overall performance and increased system load.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although Zoom is easy to use and administrate, it is important to focus on user permission management and provide users with basic instructions on platform tools, testing their audio and video devices for connectivity, and understanding their permission limitations to assure a seamless and productive business communication experience.

What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

Zoom have some significant features like ease to use - Any one without technical knowledge or new user can use this tool more easily and work due to simple interface and less tech savvy Have good quality of audio and video performance

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite aspects of zoom is scalability it can use for multiple options like one on one meetings to webinars where we can add 1000 of people in the single window and these options will admire end user to perform well

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom release the frequent updates on regular basis which is inconvenient for the end user to update the thing before starting the meeting. High bandwidth of internet is required for high quality video meeting that will be lag for the people who appear meeting from rural areas.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Extensive integrations options which help user to integrate with multiple platforms like slack, teams, Microsoft teams and google calendar allowing seamless workflow Recording and transcription will help to prepare meeting agenda and MOM reports
