What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
In our branches it has been essential to have this platform, it has helped us to emerge in all our varieties of services and customers, no doubt committed to customer success and product growth. Our marketing and automation process has improved from heaven to earth helping us to provide a better experience to our customers, but also in our work environment, making the work in our branches more dynamic and optimal.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The free training provided by ActiveCampaign is without a doubt a super advantage wherever we look at it, it allows us to have better trained employees with knowledge at their fingertips. ActiveCampaign provides excellent security by taking care of your data and even better by owning it 100%. Improve your relationship with customers from heaven to earth with the email marketing tool and automation that also includes CMR. Allows you to create landing pages with easy setup and combined well with statistics giving you a better contact history.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some options can be quite outdated compared to the level of other tools provided by the platform, it would be nice to be able to split test features to improve performance when working and browsing the web, as they don't allow you to test statistical significance and track ongoing tests more optimally, sometimes speed could be affected and delay work by quite a few minutes a day.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an excellent company that helps you to face the competitiveness in the business world, making your growth faster and without so many obstacles thanks to the learning it gives you about digitization and its optimal automation. It is an excellent platform consolidated with its effective marketing, saving you a lot of time in those small jobs that require dedication and many hours, it has a very flexible software that will undoubtedly serve you a lot.
