What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
One thing on top that differentiates ActiveCampaign from others is its in-built sales CRM for sure. Other than that, it does provide you with automation and tracking, which most other platforms don't or on a limited basis. It also helps you to personalize your emails and makes your targeting on mark.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have been loving ActiveCampaign cause of its in-built sales CRM with pipeline management. The way it gets synced with marketing workflows and provides excellent email delivery makes it the best. It's also the best for personalization and targeting specific profiles or customers. It does provide you with live chat and email support, which is surely the most frequently used feature among all. It's also cheaper than other platforms on the market, making it more lovable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You do need some learning beforehand to use ActiveCampaign platform. It's surely cheaper than other platforms. Its interface is more basic than other tools therefore, its analytics are pretty good but not so much eye-catching or customizable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend you to use ActiveCampaign only if you want your marketing and sales data in one place, then go for its built-in sales CRM. It's really good if you're planning to have a platform that can help you with automation, tracking, personalized campaigns, and sales alignment all at once under one roof.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
The main thing which Differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products Is Its Powerful CRM automations and its Solid and performing campaigns . Which is a game changer again for us, it helped to increase the sales . It helped in proper automation of emails and other sources of communications . Which is again a differentiator as it is a far better option from other similar softwares/services.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite Aspect of using Active campaign is all the features Arround automation And Customer relationship management. They helped us in almost every day to achieve our targets and helped to reach more and more customers without human intervention as it was totally automated and efficiency was arround 95%, which is a game changer. They also have a Greatest customer service team as they are prompt always and On point resolution to us .
What do you dislike most about this product?
We did not faced any challenges so far with them , hence No dislikes so far . Happy with the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Anyone who is looking for personalised and perfect marketing and Automation may consider them for sure.

A full-fledged customer management system seamlessly integrated with your email campaigns. This really sets it apart
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
when I'm running campaigns for different biotech products, I can use a single email template to show personalized content to researchers versus clinicians. It feels like I've cracked the code on making every email feel tailor-made without manually customizing each one.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You have to dig through layers to get to some of the more granular data, like which links are getting the most clicks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take the time to master the automation and segmentation features. That’s where the magic happens!
