What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

In short words, it's a very effective tool. I am very pleased with my choice. The user interface is pleasant and straightforward. In addition, uploading and cleaning my databases was simple and quick, as I was launching my first campaign using one of their templates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mentioning a single aspect is a difficult task because I love everything about ActiveCampaign. I love email automation's incredible features; I've used some of them to create long multiple automation sequences for a 3D virtual labs platform that I was promoting, and it helped me learn a lot more about my leads and customers' online behavior, including how they interact with each email message and how many of them buy from the website.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I had several issues with ActiveCampaign like I had some difficulty distinguishing between lists and contacts for targeting purposes. I've done some basic integrations that work well, but I need to devote more time to it because I believe the potential is enormous.

The charts, suggestions, and reports in ActiveCampaign will ensure that you always make the best decisions. There are so many things that I personally like about the tool. For example, I like how we can improve content viewing and automatically track engagement across a variety of social media platforms, giving us a better understanding of how our existing and potential customers react.

It is easy to use and has a good price, also the program has many features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A major selling point is that you only pay depending on the amount of customers you have, not than the quantity of lists, emails, or campaigns you make. Our ecommerce platform does not give us with all of the emails we need, therefore this is a great way for us to handle our transactional email difficulties.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In terms of customizing possibilities, interface, and cooperation across teams on the same template, email template creation might be a lot better. Moreover, there is need for improvement in the "Deals" tool's integration with automation and campaigns. Finally, Active Campaign's reporting and BI aren't the finest, and all of our database's intelligence comes from exporting Active Campaign's information locally.

Before deciding how to organize your lists, tags, and automations, you should do a lot of testing. You may also use Active Campaign for a deal pipeline, particularly when you have B2B sales teams working alongside a B2C sales team.

It's not a big deal to me, to tell the truth. Most email marketing software costs less than ActiveCampaign. If the price isn't worth it, I'd like to see a more reasonable option, particularly for individuals who are just beginning to grow their email list.
