We discovered Active Campaign recent year while looking for a way to build an email list for our company. I was really impressed and happy with something I have access to, how easy it'd be to use, the level of assistance provided, and the pricing. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Consistent communication with customers and many others in an incredibly simple and visually appealing manner. This has made it easier for us to stay in touch with people and stay up to speed on new support and materials.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The company was a slightly overly eager in terms of contact, assistance, and personnel. But this was useful in convincing us to test out this site, we were irritated by the calls. We preferred email or texts messages to phone calls since we already had too many scam calls to reject and we really cannot distinguish what it was all about.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I propose adopting Active Campaign so that you can respond to anything in your organization with zero work and 100% accuracy. Through Active Campaign, you may get management of your clients and learn whatever you want about their interactions with your company.

A good software we found after being tired of our old platform – I will not disclose the name- but it was such a pain. We switched to ActiveCampaign after through research and mind if I tell you that they are incredible; from their services to their customer support and pricing everything is just incredible. It’s a platform that helps you with all marketing problems with ease of solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ActiveCampaign is global. It is spread across 170 countries across the globe and there are numerous users that crosses number in thousands figure. You can do email marketing, marketing alongside automation and a full-fledge CRM. The integration part is mesmerizing because it can be easily integrated with almost all platforms, big or small, which makes it very easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This one is a good platform with lots of customization and integration abilities but I must say that all these benefits comes at a cost and the cost is timing. It takes lots of time to first get used to this software and learn all its ways for better usage and to enhance the performance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

So many benefits and such reasonable price! Like where you get that? It comes with an app for both android and apple users, you can get the basic offer for simply $9 per month and you can manage almost all of your marketing tasks on one platform that is capable to collaborate on a global level.

This software has helped us create more efficient marketing campaigns, with powerful strategies to capture the attention of potential customers. The database management is very easy to use which made our work faster. It has a crm that helps with the other tasks of the project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It helps to perform a correct segmentation of the mailings, so that they reach the truly interested customers. All the automatic steps that are performed with the marketing campaign, make that ultimately the objective is met in record time. The fact that we can track the entries to the web, is a very useful feature to know the performance of the page.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reports are not complete enough, they do not collect all the information you would like, as well as its metrics, they do not provide everything we need to know about a campaign. It has a lot of commands and functions that can be a bit intimidating at first, with the learning curve being slow to start.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this software to all companies that use email marketing, because the campaigns are very effective and you can reach a large number of people in a short time, increasing profits and sales. Knowing who your marketing proposal is aimed at is a great way to get future buyers.
