What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
I can send emails to generate leads and information about my products through this tool. This tool saves lots of time to prepare newsletter and I can schedule it on my time. I can setup full campaign in very less time and track where the mails are lending
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Creating email campaign is very easy with this tool to target new customer. This provides automate solution to take follow up on the email and I can share my big update by creating promotion email campaign

ActiveCampaign leverages AI in offering predictive sending, with AI determining when and to whom messages must be delivered based on past behavior of such subscribers. ActiveCampaign's predictive content feature, in contrast, leverages AI-facilitated machine learning to dynamically select relevant messages for each recipient, generating increased conversions and activity. All such AI-facilitated capabilities make ActiveCampaign stand out in sending personalised and targeted marketing campaigns.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With a native integration base of over 870, including Shopify and WooCommerce, two of the most utilized e-commerce platforms, ActiveCampaign integrates flawlessly with a variety of tools and services. With its rich integration universe, ActiveCampaign empowers its users to develop an integrated marketing technology stack, connecting and syncing information between numerous platforms and tools, and automating workflows between them. What comes out of it is a cleaner, less clunky marketing function that can utilize information drawn from numerous sources to make a larger impact.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Due to its rich feature and high automation capabilities, ActiveCampaign can be challenging for new marketers and marketers with little background in marketing automation. Complexity in some capabilities, particularly in its automation builder, can make its high learning curve require a lot of time to become an expert in it. This can become a barrier for small groups and companies with no full-time marketing capabilities, potentially limiting them in utilizing its full capabilities effectively.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ActiveCampaign is loaded with tools, such as webinars, video guides, and a deep knowledge base, that can introduce you to its capabilities and best practice use cases. Get one specific individual in your organization to become an expert in ActiveCampaign and then have them impart that expertise to your fellow workers. That training investment will pay off in the long run, and you will have full access to use its powerful capabilities and gain a better marketing ROI.

Easy email campaigns

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
I think the biggest benefit is that we don't have to worry about emails anymore, since it's a platform that has allowed us to implement a strategy in our newsletters to make sure oure customers stay engaged, with minimal effort. The automation that it provides when it comes to emails has helped us retain majority of our customers and even increase the click rates, I like that the automation features are very adaptable and can be adjusted depending on what type of customer's behaviors we're dealing with.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With ActiveCampaign, I like that we can create different campaigns that fit our style thanks to the amazing variety of templates that this tool has available to customize. Thanks to the new AI implementation, creating designs to add to the templates and the layouts is really easy and helps create eye-catching campaigns that engage customers from different sectors. The design aspect is left to the software because we only have to do a few adjustments, and it's great that we only have to worry about the content of the campaign and the message we want to give to our customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The pricing of the platform can be quite high depending on the plan that you purchase, and especially if you're using multiple features and not only email marketing tools. This price can also grow exponentially depending on the number of contacts that you have, which is why I think that this tool is best for medium to large sized business and not the best option for small businesses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As I mentioned before, I think that this would be best suited for medium and large-size businesses, because of the price options available. Additionally, I think that spending time training your team to get to know each tool is necessary, as the interface is not always as clear as it should be, which can slow down your results.
