What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
ActiveCampaign has helped us to better manage digital marketing and leverage big brands to promote our products and services. It has been an effective way to reach more prospects, grow our customer database and generate more revenue due to increased sales. The expense involved is not unreasonable, it's good, it's within our budget and the returns have been much more attractive. It has an incredibly flat learning curve, mastering this software is a quick task and the benefits obtained are very valuable for the organization, I would choose it a thousand times more, it is the best affiliate program.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the fact that it has an intuitive interface and is not at all intrusive to users; I also like the low complexity of its report pages and the powerful link building capabilities. In my organization we use it frequently to facilitate access to major affiliates and merchants who have large websites and large followings, which has opened doors for us to reach customers all over the world.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I dislike is that it doesn't let me withdraw an application when I want to, so if you never hear back from the advertiser, there is no way to withdraw that application in a reasonable amount of time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is the best affiliate program out there, you have access to great brands and making advertising plans with them is a simple process. It will allow you to open doors to your brand and promote your products and services without too much effort, plus its cost is excellent, it is worth it.

Amazing email marketing platform for e-learning

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
I have used several competitors, the most well known of all off them -the monkey chimp, you know- has a TERRIBLE UX IN COMPARISON TO ACTIVE CAMPAIGN. Active campaign it's in my humble opinion the best email marketing platform I have used in my career as a marketer. It is extremly realiable, easy to use, offers a wide variety of features to nurture leads and clients realtions, it is wonderful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Their email automation feature is the most advanced I have used and very useful to do all what you could imagine to automate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Their CRM might be a little limited.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't hesitate about the extra cost, it is worth it to avoid the headache for a few bucks.

simple & lots of features, but many bugs & costly

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
ActiveCampaign is a lot easier than other similar software products as they have a lot of training content available but the software has a lot of bugs and many features are new and are never tested by their team before launch.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sending campaigns to contacts is very easy and anyone can do it
What do you dislike most about this product?
The customer support doesn't reply to emails for weeks and the sales CRM is very new and has many bugs in email opens tracking
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Only sign up if you need it for campaigns and you know how to set up your own DKIM/SPF records
