What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
To me, there are not any positive differentiators between Active Campaign and similar products

Easy enough to use
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very basic, especially for the price we pay. The design tools for email campaigns are awful which results in us using MailChimp (free) to design our emails.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider the design aspect of the software.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
I've been using it ever since I launched my business. It's very easy to set it up, integrate email marketing, automate workflows, create campaigns, and integrate forms on websites. I've been very happy with them since the start.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They are quick to respond and helpful if you need any support. It's very easy to use, and doesn't require too much thinking.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing comes to mind, It suits my needs when it comes to email marketing and automation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for software that's easy to set up and is not time-consuming, at a reasonable price this is a good option. I believe they still offer a free trial so you can give that a go and see for yourself.

takes a while to learn and properly use all the moving parts. Could have easier accessible saved searches.

definitely consider this CRM and email marketing software. A complete sales and service solution for a reasonable price. Great training and customer service.
