What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
Active Campaign is much easier to use than other similar email products. I've used two other email service providers, and Active Campaign surpasses the others in a few ways. The editor is much easier to use. Setting up automated emails is easier to understand using Active Campaign. On my first try and without using tech support, I was able to set up emails that would deliver at certain times for a product launch. I was also able to set up a sequence of automated emails that went out when someone new registered for my coaching event. Overall, I'm super pleased with the ease of use, the many features, and the reliability of the Active Campaign.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is how easy it is to set up and manage email lists.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike is that the editor feels a little bit dated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend that they set up their email list by importing contacts and then attend a how to session to get a tour of the many features.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
ActiveCampaign is very comprehensive but also very user-friendly. The support team is very responsive and knowledgable. It was most important for us to be able to connect ActiveCampaign with Salesforce.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I especially like the Home Dashboard setup so when I login I can quickly see all of the latest activity - my tasks, contact trends, campaigns, automations, recent subscriptions, news, pipelines, etc... We don't utilize all of the functionality yet, but I like that when I click on something new, there's a video/tutorial that pops up with an explanation on how to get started.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Everything is working great so far!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ActiveCampaign has a lot of potential and as with any email automation tool - you get out of it what you put into it.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
ActiveCampaign actually has more marketing automation and lots of advanced and customizing features compared to similar Apps.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its live chat messaging function is a joy as it has enabled great interaction with customers resulting to lead scoring. Makes it all the much easier to hit targets.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It lacks in emails that allow online transactions, a noticeable drawback but the only issue for me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a marketing and sales automation platform with category-defining customer experience, it ranks up there.
