What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

- The interface is intuitive. On the upside section, there are tabs such as Create a List, Create Campaign, Import Contacts, and Create Automation. For every tab clicked on, its details will be displayed in the center of the screen; - The pricing is very straightforward: In the pricing tab, we can display the yearly or the monthly plan by checking or unchecking the yearly billed button. We can also drag the Contacts button to choose the number of client contacts that our business has; - The automation system is effective. I essentially like the “Add a start trigger” function that enables launching automatically a reaction to an action.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The effectiveness of the automation system is what I like the most about this product. When creating new automation, it is possible to choose amongst the variety of templates available or import other templates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

- For a better experience, It would be great to improve the report section. The ergonomy that it offers is too basic for data analysis; - The Customer support could be more reactive to respond to our queries faster.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the product for people who want to strengthen email marketing, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and the marketing automation tools of their business into a well-synchronized system. I confidently recommend this product for both small, mid, and big businesses.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

ActiveCampaign emphasizes automation over a flashy UI. It has deep integrations (often via Zapier), simple workflow, and journey builders. The automation is easy to use and has many good features and a variety of ways to pay. My team and I have been working hard to grow our business, so we decided to build a website and keep a mailing list. It matches our website's colors and themes, and the user-friendly interface is fantastic. ActiveCampaign helps us communicate with clients, automate marketing, and make money. It's a unique entity due to many factors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ActiveCampaign is an excellent solution with basic-to-medium features. It's easy to use and reasonably priced. In addition, the assistance is excellent. It's very user-friendly, which is a big plus in my book. Also, the team chats, Onboarding calls, and monthly follow-ups are great. Active Campaign has helped me scale my lead generation by systemizing my business outreach.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration is rigid and complex. There needs to be live call-in support that is very easy to access. Unpredictable and rapidly increasing prices are a common complaint. I miss tools to report on campaign activations or deal/contact status. Although Autopilot's visual campaign/automation builder is superior to Active Campaign's, the latter's support and features are well worth the cost. Apart from that, there is room for improvement in terms of reporting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ActiveCampaign is a good CRM for scaling your business. It includes a database, automation, CRM tools, email marketing, and client relationship management. It is beneficial to have a developer assist because they can modify the implementation; however, AC enterprise support can also help with this.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

Active Campaign has offered me a huge amount of built-in templates that no other tool offered to us. This far surpasses my prior service; I was able to archive a large number of contacts who were not responding to our emails SO effortlessly, and now I have a list of subscribers that are incredibly engaged.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I had a wonderful overall experience with it. It was a fantastic tool, and I adore how easy and uncomplicated everything is to use. Additionally, the Knowledge base with all kinds of resources is available if we are new or do not know the depth. Additionally, the team's instant communication, onboarding calls, and monthly follow-ups have all been excellent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only issue that I had with Active Campaign was the nonautomatic scaling of photographs within campaign templates but overall, we found it to be excellent for our needs. Despite this, it's the best tool available in the market.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a reliable platform to assist you in scaling your business and interacting with a sizable audience, ActiveCampaign is an absolutely worthwhile tool for you. It includes automation, a client relations management database, email marketing, and more. I advise this if you want to work at your best.
