I fully love the automation in the Active campaign. The choices are so powerful, and it’s a sensible tool to check the client journeys. I additionally love that I have monthly calls with the support team, who will show me time-saving tips and the way to make out complicated automatons. The customer service support with the one-on-one calls is extraordinarily helpful. Also, transferring information from Mailchimp was such a time-saver for me. I wish I might have started with AC from the beginning.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It’s quite intuitive. I’m moving from another platform that uses a special model for building automation. As I had written the emails before, it had been a fast one-hour setup. What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface is a touch glitchy. They’re fast to retort to bugs, therefore that’s nice! It’s to be expected with all of the work they are perpetually doing to their site.

ActiveCampign is an extremely customizable one-stop shop for email promoting and client relationship management. This makes it very valuable for streamlining communications with my audience.

Compared to competitors like SharpSpring, Hubspot, and Marketo, it has a reasonable pricing plan. It handles everything from new member signups and renewals to ticket sales for us and notifies us if we haven't heard from a customer in a while so we can follow up with them. Clicks on specific pages or buttons on your website may also activate predetermined automated responses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ActiveCampaign's ability to automate our marketing efforts was a significant reason for our decision to use them. I particularly like the monthly conversations with the support staff, during which I've learned helpful shortcuts and techniques for creating elaborate automation. In addition, I like how easy it was to import contacts from MailChimp. Thanks to automation, email marketing, and landing sites, we have saved countless hours.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I need their email address as their primary contact information to add a contact. Active Campaign doesn't provide any product demonstrations or in-app communication tools. I wouldn't say I like how getting the most fundamental customer data from BigCommerce into ActiveCampaign required us to engage a developer to create an API.

In contrast to many other providers, AC makes accessing assistance, utilizing features, and using the account very simple. If you are planning for ActiveCampaign, start by contacting their staff. It will transfer most of your data for you, and they'll help you set up your account and get started right. Regarding technical help, I have never encountered a better group than the AC crew.

What do you dislike most about this product?

After creating a new email list, I have to wait anywhere from 5-10 minutes before I can send an email. When using a software product with a single-page design, pop-up messages don't always work as intended. Basic websites tend to rely more on URLs. The procedure for putting it into action was chaotic.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I like the automation, which helps me grow my following by sending them messages that are more likely to be of interest to them. I am confident that my notes are reaching my target demographic and are being read. If email marketing is a tactic you plan to use, ActiveCampaign is a fantastic platform.
