What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

ActiveCampaign is better than other programs because it has an affordable price and many features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

"Software that makes it easy to collaborate with others and meet deadlines. Because it's so simple to automate, Active Campaigns has become one of my favorite marketing tools. I don't have to worry about forgetting or scheduling a series of emails that will be sent out over a period of time. In addition, segmenting subscribers is a cinch. People who have previously bought may be excluded from receiving promotional emails, or emails can be sent depending on specified parameters.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I don't like about Active Campaigns is how difficult it is to set up the automation in the beginning. The process of creating a series of emails and segmenting my subscribers took me some time. Utilization of the program comes with a little learning curve as well. That was more of a problem for me in terms of time commitment, though. Even if I understand how automation works, I believe there is still a lot of ground to cover.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to understand how to utilize it correctly.

"THE BEST tool for automating email marketing"

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

ActiveCampaign is easier to use and has more features than other programs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Due to the application's ease of integration with our marketing goals and objectives, landing pages with simple automations have proven effective (and entertaining!). When I'm at a meeting, I enjoy being able to quickly pull out important KPIs from my emails due to email tracking.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As expected, it was harder to utilize and creative options were restricted. I think this industry has possibilities for expansion. The air conditioner's operations and features need some practice. Some difficulties can be overcome, but many assumptions are made regarding user demands. I'm sure I'm merely scratching the surface after a year. This company's customer service isn't as swift or helpful as it might be. It's a great product, however it's overkill for my company's requirements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

AC comes with a LOT of extras, but it's also rather pricey. You may utilize the automation, CRM, and other features if you believe you can benefit from them. I believe I had a greater expectation for my company's demands, but we haven't had a need for many of the unique features. And when I did "dabble," it was nerve-wracking and difficult, and it didn't always go as planned. The fact that we've used Active Campaign in our marketing efforts has taught me a lot, and that's something I'm grateful for.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

The interface and automation tool. We tend to are making multiple automation for a wide array of processes from client on boarding to delivering sales promotions. The automation capability was a big factor in selecting ActiveCampaign and we aren’t disappointed. The pricing is a nice cost for profit as fees are supported by the size of your customer base and not on the number of lists, emails, or campaigns that you just create. We conjointly find it terribly helpful to resolve our transactional email issues, as our eCommerce platform doesn’t offer us with all emails we need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ActiveCampaign is hard to beat in terms of features, deliverability, and value for cash – however what’ most significant to me – is that the quick, personal reference to ActiveCampaign staff who proactively reach out to me often to ask however I’m doing with marketing and if they’ll facilitate. Mind-blowing support and deep care! I’ve had multiple calls with ActiveCampaign consultants who have continually been ready to provide me tailored help so we are able to grow as a business – according to our needs, workflows and vision. . I ne’er hesitate to suggest ActiveCampaign to beginners as well as more advanced entrepreneurs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Email templet creation could be waaaay higher in terms of customization options, interface, and collaboration between groups on a similar template. Also, the “Deals” tool could be far more integrated with automation and campaigns. Lastly. Reporting and Bi aren’t the simplest and all intelligence coming from our database is finished locally, by exporting the Active Campaign database.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Test plenty before taking the selections on how you’re organizing your lists, tags, and automation. Active Campaign is additionally a decent solution for a deal pipeline, particularly just in case you have a B2B sales team working alongside a B2C team.
