What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

ActiveCampaign assists us with doing a legitimate following of the premium a few clients show and accept every one of the open doors we get to get something out of any connection our clients have with our website page or our email marketing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In our little B2B business, we use it in both the plan and marketing offices. The plan division utilizes the mass email devices - the campaigns and their reports. The handling of an enormous measures of information can take some time and I am in some cases hesitant to do an excessive number of data set changes immediately -ActiveCampaign takes some time yet straightens it completely out!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ActiveCampaign is a cost-effective trade . It's likely best for groups with some specialized ability so you can get the work processes and integrations working appropriately. They really do have customer support however the arrangement is simpler assuming that you definitely feel comfortable around fundamental automation and integration setups.

the price, the program is much more expensive than other programs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When it comes to email marketing and customer tagging, ActiveCampaign is a powerhouse, but it's also really impressive to see how much effort they've put into their customer support. They've always been quick to respond to my questions and concerns regarding their goods.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not a big deal to me, to tell the truth. Most email marketing software costs less than ActiveCampaign. If the price is too steep for individuals who are just beginning to grow their email list, I'd like to see an alternative option with a lower price tag.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're serious about using email marketing to increase revenue as well as strengthen connections with your subscribers, you should look into using ActiveCampaign as your email marketing partner.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

It is easy to use and has a good price, also the program has many features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A major selling point is that you only pay depending on the amount of customers you have, not than the quantity of lists, emails, or campaigns you make. Our ecommerce platform does not give us with all of the emails we need, therefore this is a great way for us to handle our transactional email difficulties.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In terms of customizing possibilities, interface, and cooperation across teams on the same template, email template creation might be a lot better. Moreover, there is need for improvement in the "Deals" tool's integration with automation and campaigns. Finally, Active Campaign's reporting and BI aren't the finest, and all of our database's intelligence comes from exporting Active Campaign's information locally.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before deciding how to organize your lists, tags, and automations, you should do a lot of testing. You may also use Active Campaign for a deal pipeline, particularly when you have B2B sales teams working alongside a B2C sales team.
