What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

Marketing automation, which is generally reserved for much more expensive systems such as Infusionsoft, is now available at a terrific price. Furthermore, the operation is quite easy without being limited in features. Whatever you wish to automate in your organization, ActiveCampaign and the various applications that may be integrated can make it happen. Using various triggers, important behavior-based email sequences, job assignments, and lead scoring may be repeated. Overall, it is presently the most complete product on the market at the stated price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ActiveCampaign provides a plethora of choices for designing emails and using them for marketing reasons. There are numerous design templates available, which may be altered with a few clicks via a simple interface. The platform, on the other hand, includes a code editor for all coders. The creation, import, and maintenance of contacts are additionally facilitated, for example, by the use of tags for classification.

What do you dislike most about this product?

ActiveCampaign is a fantastic tool once it has been configured and integrated, although the process required some time, at least for us. Because there are so many potential applications, gaining an overview requires time and effort.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It takes care of not only the design but also the delivery of email. The most helpful feature is arguably the ability to define automation flows, which enable, for example, to automatically send a reminder if there are still products in the shopping cart. These flows may be constructed in a variety of complicated and personalized ways. Another advantage is the adaption of mailings to end devices: all mails are automatically tailored for mobile consumption.

What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?

Automations takes it beyond simple ESP tools like MailChimp, but still lags behind the likes of HubSpot and lacks the niched focus of a Klaviyo.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automations are good and easy to setup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Bugs. It has gotten better over the years, but there are still UX bugs that annoy and the odd error with scheduled emails.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great step up from simple ESPs/CRMs. The automations allow businesses to get a lot of uses close to HubSpot, at a cheaper price.
