It's super customizable, which allows teams to tailor it to their specific needs, making it much more efficient for managing IT infrastructure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is its automation features. It saves so much time by handling routine IT tasks like patch management and system monitoring automatically. This lets my team focus on more important work, knowing the system is running smoothly without constant oversight.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing that I hate is that sometimes it feels a bit clunky, especially when navigating through the interface. It's not always the smoothest experience, and there are a few moments where it feels a little slow, which can be frustrating when you need to move quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're considering this product, I's recommend making sure you take full advantage of its automation features. Once you get everything set up, it really streamlines IT management. Just be ready for a bit of a learning curve at the start, but it's worth it once you get the hang of it!
