What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Microsoft Teams is its seamless integration with Microsoft 365. This integration allows for a highly cohesive experience, where users can access, collaborate on, and share Office files (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) directly within the platform without needing to switch between multiple apps. The ability to co-author documents in real-time, especially when working in a team, is incredibly powerful and enhances collaboration efficiency. The unified experience also extends to calendar scheduling, task management (via Planner), and email integration with Outlook, making it easier to keep everything in one ecosystem.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the main drawbacks of Microsoft Teams is its clunky user interface and overwhelming complexity, particularly for new users or smaller teams. The sheer number of features and options can be overwhelming, and it’s sometimes difficult to find the right settings or tools you need.

What I like most about Microsoft Teams is its smooth integration with Microsoft 365, enabling efficient collaboration across documents, chats, and meetings all in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most is the messy interface and constant notifications, which can be hard to manage, particularly for new users.

I recommend Microsoft Teams for Microsoft 365 users due to its seamless integration. However, expect a learning curve and take time to adjust settings to manage notifications effectively.

Seamless integration with Microsoft 365, ability to create new bots which could be integrated with LLM models, ChatGPT etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and helpful to conduct daily team meetings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Shows away even if user is available., Chats are visible to those who have left the meeting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to adjust the notification settings and working hours to not get overwhelmed with constant messages from teams creates unnecessary stress and limit using messaging from teams mobile for the same reason :)
