Microsoft Teams, keep our team connected

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The simplicity of conversation is what makes Teams so great. It's great that my work phone can now connect to my mobile phone. We can all use our existing Office 365 logins to access shared calendars, files, video calls, and instant messaging without having to switch to a separate app like Zoom. The organizational chart is also interesting to me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In addition to being straightforward, it's also really convenient. Provides room for substantial growth. The capacity to communicate one-on-one or in small groups as well as to transfer and discuss data is quite useful. We make excellent use of calls and video conferencing as well; they simplify our work considerably.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We want Teams could support more people at once and serve as our primary video conferencing service. Furthermore, there may be a learning curve associated with figuring out how to customize your notifications. I think they need to streamline this process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ease of communication between employees and departments via various channels. The ability to easily connect with one another is greatly facilitated by the use of shared files, video calls, and team messaging.

Best out there for collaboration

Likeliness to Recommend

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Voice calls and audio are both great even when used on mobile devices. Microsoft Teams is integrated with Office 365, making sharing files and documents easy unlike other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the best part that its bot and tab features really allow the developer to take their part of the web application and show it in groups. It's a great concept and a step ahead of zoom and other things for the future.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At first, accessing is a bit confusing how to create meetings and groups, especially if the meeting needs an outside person, the options will be easier to make learning faster.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a team communication and collaboration solution, Microsoft Teams is the best solution, it's more than just a communication app, you can do multiple activities at one place and share with your team and manager's friends.
