Teams allows us to work simultaneously on documents with several colleagues, without interference or the need to send multiple versions. This speeds up the review and editing processes, improving efficiency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it is difficult to find old messages.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams provides a smoother experience than zoom for online seminars using technologies that help to host polished presentations. My choice for pro events is this one.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The webinar mode helps with registration forms, hence guiding sign-up behavior. I can send a ppt including live notes for emphasis. The Q&A tool elegantly arranges audience queries.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Free plans force you to pay more for subscription by lacking webinar tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams' tools give a professional edge for webinars that must wow.
