What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

As most people are aware of Microsoft technologies, this tool is easy to learn and it is well integrated with other Microsoft products. We record each meeting and the meeting can be retrieved at any point in future. When there is a conflict and i could not attend a meeting, i watch the recording and keep myself up to date.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Great user experience, Intuitive, fantastic mobile app. The ease at which one can swap one device to another while the meeting is still going.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, call drops for no apparent reason. Though this has become rare in recent times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A must have product. Do not compare this tool with Skype for Business. This tool is a game changer. This is the most used tool by me. I cannot think of a day without this tool. It has increased productivity by leaps and bounds.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Instant messaging,video conferencing and specially recording feature in meetings , ability to reply to individual message mobile application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Recording feature in meetings and streaming at a later point of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We cannot select a specific message and reply in the desktop application.this feature is available mobile app.would be good if its in desktop application as well

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

User friendly and very easy to use.The messages cant be deleted in desktop application,so should be careful

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The user interface is unique as compared to other similar products. The security of the Microsoft team is good as compared to other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It consumes less internet data in meeting. We can create meetings easily. There is a chat option available in meetings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The notification on mobile devices is irritating because it comes many times. It takes too much RAM while using Microsoft Teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Microsoft team is secure so it’s very helpful. Overall it is a good tool to use. We can create meetings easily and send invitations quickly.
