What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Microsoft Teams integrates very well with office 365 and third party applications, allows centralized management for documents and chats, strengthens teamwork and collaborative work, its high quality and capacity in audio and video connections, its flexibility and adaptability, allows customization of environments, its excellent tools for task management, its security features that ensure a safe space.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of creating video meetings and group chats, as well as the live transcription of audio and video connections, the ease of sharing files and documents, live events, scheduling tasks with Planner, and the security it brings to our workspaces.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have been using it for about 18 months and it has really worked very well for us, we have not had any setbacks, which would not be honest of me to say otherwise.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Microsoft Teams offers everything you need to strengthen the fluid and quality business communication, secure regardless of the location where we are, its capabilities, its seamless integration with everyday applications, environments that creates a comprehensive and enjoyable teamwork and collaboration are great, its easy administration and management, make it ideal for use.

Not bad tool for video conferencing

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
It consumes less data for the video meetings. Security is good for the end-user.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
File sharing and collaboration and screen sharing. Easy to use for creating meetings. We can see member logs for joining meets.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Notification is better in the android device because it is irritating sometimes. It consumes more RAM in a meeting. Allowing more attendees without limit.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Easy to use and It is a suitable use for the organization. Overall, it is very helpful for working remotely at any time.

It has every function you might need for educational purposes.

Variety of functions
What do you dislike most about this product?
Notifications don't work. This is the problem I have that makes the whole experience worse than it should be. The intention and the functions are great, would be the best app if the notifications worked.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I 100% recommend using the app. Getting used to the app is difficult but definitely worth it.
