What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Teams benefits from Microsoft’s enterprise-grade security infrastructure, offering multi-factor authentication, data encryption, compliance with industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), and advanced threat protection. It also allows detailed controls for IT admins over permissions, data retention, and compliance features, making it particularly appealing to large organizations and regulated industries.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Teams can be overwhelming for first-time users due to the sheer number of features Teams can be resource-intensive, particularly when running on older computers or systems with limited memory Teams doesn't match Zoom’s capabilities for webinars and large-scale virtual events unless you opt for higher-priced enterprise versions
