What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I love that I can jump into a call directly from a chat, or share my screen without needing to open a separate app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For copy-related work, the file tab inside each channel is a lifesaver—client feedback, brand guidelines, and campaign briefs are all right there, no hunting needed

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike is the notification overload. Every team, every channel, every @mention—it’s a digital avalanche. Also, the search function inside Teams is laughably bad. Finding an old message feels like trying to remember which drawer you left your passport in two years ago.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To anyone joining a fast-paced agency team: customise your notifications early or risk your sanity. Also, keep channels focused—no one wants to scroll past 30 unrelated messages to find the brief.

Its top-notch deep integration with Microsoft 365 along with its Unified communication which comes with enterprise-grade security .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Most favorite things is its seamless integration with Microsoft 365, its like all in one tool which comes with AI Powered Productivity Enhancement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even though its a powerful tool which comes with bunch of features, sometimes the biggest downside of Microsoft Teams is its cluttered and sluggish user experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams delivers great collaboration tolls, but optimizing its setup is key. With the right organization and training, it can enhance communication and collaboration.
