What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I switched to Microsoft Teams because it was included with Office 365. I was using Skype to do what teams is doing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Screen sharing, video calls are very easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing that I know of.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Because you get it with Office 365 - give it a try if you haven't already.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is easy to use and you can add other Microsoft products as add-ons so you can view what you are working/worked on in just one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Teams is really good at integrating other Microsoft products like Power BI wherein you can view your report and collaborate with other users at the same time

What do you dislike most about this product?

It needs to polish some existing features and add some new features as well. For example, you got limited functionalities when you add an Excel file in MS Teams and as well as there are times it's hard to navigate on the web when it's attached into the tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Having a capability to communicate and organize your individual and teams work in one place is simply awesome which MS Teams provide.
