What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It allows for you to work on files at the same time, and mute others while on a call (very important for nose reduction on large calls).

The file collaboration/sharing

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly I can't think of anything that I dislike

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Determine if file collaboration is important to your business. If not, you may want to consider a cheaper option with fewer features
