What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams is easy to use, and its Microsoft brand helps laypeople adopt it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I find it quite useful for organising all of my correspondence and tasks in one location. I enjoy that I don't have to go between apps to communicate, hold meetings, and share files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that Microsoft Teams keeps switching between old and new teams following modifications. After picking the new teams, I received reminders to choose between the old and new teams every time i accessed it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's incredible that TeamFlect was included into HRM. The cooperation is outstanding and just helps and solves everything. Teams maintain your staff's communication together, so a lost of translation problem cannot exist

It is an awesome communication as a service solution that also features business messaging Capabilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it enhances communication. It's a great digital workplace software. It comes with helpful communication as a service features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All features of Microsoft Teams rocks and no complaints.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For business communication and for digitization of workplaces, I recommend Microsoft Teams
