What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams allows to automate and digitize workflows, facilitates collaboration with documents and files remotely and allows to socialize them in its digital whiteboard, has Microsoft Office 365 within the same platform, also provides the necessary security to users against malicious software, prevents data loss, offers real-time captions in video calls, creates pleasant experiences in each connection thanks to the ease of use, quality and good performance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- It is very easy to use. - Its use improves business results. - Personalized work agenda. - Allows to store the content of meetings. - It can also be used through smartphones, tablets and mobiles among others. - Their superb support service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no negative situation to add in this aspect, as we have received many benefits using this tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams offers many advantages that help guide companies and their teams towards better remote communication, since it has all the necessary tools and functions that make group collaboration more effective, efficient and secure, thanks to the ease of use can be used by anyone, in general terms Microsoft Teams promotes business productivity, that's why you should use it.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

MS Teams allows users to seamlessly switch devices during a video/audio call. This is quite clunky in most other apps (especially Zoom). I frequently switch between phone and computer mid-call.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Device switching is amazing, as well as the built-in file sharing and editing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

File navigation is clunky; too many clicks to navigate files. Updates sometimes break the app, especially on shared campus computers, where the app must be updated by each individual user.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very powerful program, and customizable for many uses. If you are familiar with Discord servers, you will have an easy time adjusting. Teams feels like a more professional version of Discord.
