What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It integrates nicely with other Microsoft Office 365 products and the Microsoft operating system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to collaborate on documents and its use as a workspace.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface isn’t the most intuitive especially for users that are not as tech savvy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There may be less clunky options such as using One Drive or Office’s built-in document collaboration tool.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Its additional features that make it the most attractive compared to the competition, the high video and audio quality it offers allows communications to be clearer and more effective.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It offers a high range in the number of participants either in a video call or instant messaging with a high standard in image and sound quality and many options to send GIFs, stickers and emojis during the execution of these meetings, all this with security and privacy required.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That does not allow personalization and content management, taking into account that it is an important aspect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great software for Business Unified Communication that allows the fastest intervention of your team of collaborators at the moment and the place that is required, I recommend it, it will be useful for you to use it.
