What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams lets us customize teams without a company department or company division. Once the team is created you can communicate with the entire team with one simple message. Each team member receives an alert when a new message is sent. Many features to customize based on your needs. You can also set up a Microsoft Teams call instantly and once an invitation is sent you can join the call in a matter of seconds. You can join with or without your camera and the audio is automatically on. Screen sharing is critical, especially during this remote work from home period. It lets you get involved on a personal level.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Teams calls are so easy to set up and join. Screen sharing is very important.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Alerts are not sent for all the Teams I am a member of which is frustrating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try - it will simply and keep your team well connected using Team Messages or Video Chats or Screen Sharing. All great features that every business would benefit from using.
