What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Much more intuitive than others I've tried.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very little training. Able to get up and running with this product in no time- especially now that I'm working from home.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I need to figure out the notification features. It is tricky getting notification of someone trying to contact me in a timely manner.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Learn how to set up notifications so you don't miss a call or message.
