The integration with other Microsoft products and the ease of licensing it with the different Office 365 products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it is easy to deploy and administer

What do you dislike most about this product?

The unstableness of the product, one day it just works great and then an update and it stops working well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be ready to deal with the stability issues, generally, the product works well but new features are often problematic and generally,y each new release breaks something that was fixed 2 updates prior.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The seamless integration with Office apps is a game changer. I can work on Word documents in real time with my team without leaving the app. chat threads keep conversations organized.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can feel a little overwhelming at first, especially for new users. The interface isn't as intuitive as I'd like.

Perfect for teams that rely heavily on Microsoft tools it's a productivity booster.
