The ecosystem is really easy to use and understand, and makes it easy to work with non-technology friendly coworkers

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The video conference is always working fine, with great quality

What do you dislike most about this product?

It may be rude for people from other companies to join our calls, as the product is a bit too much securized.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend to try the competitors, to see what Teams does better, and as Microsoft Teams is really good and have a good quality overall.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I think the difference between Teams and other similar products is the integration with other Microsoft tools. There are many integrations that are useful on a daily basis like planning tasks that other products don't have inside their chat application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to use on a daily basis. I have been using it since college and used it in different companies I worked/interned at. It's an amazing product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing that comes to mind right now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you already have the Microsoft stack, might as well using Microsoft Teams for your communication because its so easy to use.
