Teams also offers strong security and compliance options, allowing users to customize the platform with apps and bots, as well as connect to other tools. Its easy-to-use interface makes it accessible for everyone, regardless of their technical skills.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part of Microsoft Teams is how it works smoothly with Microsoft 365. This makes it easy for users to collaborate using familiar tools like Word, Excel, and OneNote right within the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing I don’t like about Microsoft Teams is that it can be overwhelming because of all the features and options. For new users, the interface can be a bit tricky to navigate at first.

Users can work on documents simultaneously, making it easy to ensure everyone is on the same page without dealing with multiple versions of files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The transcription feature in video calls is poor, Lack of training leading to user frustration when navigating its features

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

People should have training about the solution because there are a lot of apps in Microsoft Teams that you can work on Keep Teams open and use it for internal workflows, and only use email for external communications or non-urgent matters
