What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

-Your guests do not need a Teams account to join the meeting. -It has quite affordable payment plans in case the free version is not enough. -Calls. -Collaboration on files. -Group chat and individual messages, plus it's not boring as you can use GIFs and emojis. -I can check the availability of my contacts through their calendars. -24/7 support

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

-The ease with which we can share files and documents. -You can work from home when you need to and Microsoft Teams gives you everything you need for a professional experience. -The screen sharing feature, which makes it easy to share ideas or notes -Ability to record meetings, I can save them and then make a note of what I missed. -Communication with clients and partners with Teams is convenient as they don't need an account to join a meeting. -It works great on both computers and cell phones.

What do you dislike most about this product?

-The sound of incoming chats during a meeting is annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it to separate personal messaging from work messaging, I think it is essential, plus it is complete and has many functions that avoids switching from one application to another between different systems and software, which minimizes some stress.
