What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Easy integration in already existing infrastructure. Intuitive and easy to use. Good software for desktop and mobile devices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

File shearing system is very good. Also chat is very good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When you are chatting in group chatting, you can't see who have seen your message. You see that message was seen, but who seen you can't know and it very annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend. Very useful product for big and middle Enterprise. You will get huge amount of features. Microsoft Teams is very intuitive and even you have no experience with them you easily will can work with this product.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The features it provides stand it out from other software. Like you can record meetings and they will be automatically pushed to the cloud so that anyone can watch them later. Real-time chat support with history. Easy to use and manage roles. Handle multiple teams and keep track of them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the seamless video calling feature. Video conferencing is so smooth on this platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that I dislike about this product is that if you do not set roles it gives too much power to every user which sometimes creates a mess. Otherwise, everything works fine.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would surely like to recommend this to everyone who is considering this product due to its great capabilities and features.
