I have only used Teams, so it's difficult to compare, it has all of the features that I need

the ability to easily file share

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm really quite pleased with it

Think about how you will use it - this is provided to me for free at my workplace, but if I had to purchase it, I would compare to other similar products, looking for the features I need

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams mainly for chat and video calls, and it’s quite good, especially for connecting with people in the office.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy integration with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Simple and organized interface. Fast and stable video calls.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The desktop app can feel bloated at times. Sometimes it’s hard to navigate to older messages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Office suite, Teams is a must. It works great for in-house work but could use some improvements for personal use.
