What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It easily integrates with other microsoft applications, this makes it a go to for sharing Presentations or Excel sheets. Also, this is easy to integrate and really secure. The UI is very user friendly and easy to learn.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Communication, Audio and Video calls. Also, screen sharing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft keeps updating it every few days. This makes it interrupting sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great product, easy to integrate with other Microsoft applications. Also, it is a great tool for team communication especially if you are using it in a large organization. If you use other M365 applications in your organization, this is a no brainer.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

In house application of Microsoft so it has excellent vendor support and they are updating it very frequently with new features and to provide more stability to product

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Teams is nicely designed and perfectly manages the IM and notifications. It has lots of features for audio/video conferencing which helps team to share their thoughts effectively

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft is providing updates too frequently. We also face audio issues which are getting fixed after restarting MS teams completely.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended for official communications. It has lots of features and backed up by Microsoft. It enhances productivity of the team and helps to keep the track of the communications.
