What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It provides a system that meets all the needs of our large organization. It is comprehensive and provides a wide range of services for us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to do the instant messaging and meetings through it as it is an easy streamline process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the group messaging can be a little bit hard to navigate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't wait any longer before you implement this for your company or for yourself. It surpasses zoom in a lot of ways.

Versatility, integration, being part of vast Microsoft solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Possibility to make meetings outside our organization (which means does not need to use third-party providers ie Zoom)

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, weird and bad decisions are made when implementing new features that take you a step back.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to minimize the usage of various third-party software, then MS Teams is the way to go.
