What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

If you're involved in Dynamics CRM and 365, and your organization is steeped in MS products, then adding Teams is a no brainer. It's messaging is fantastic, sharing is a breeze, and the video meetings are crisp and clear for us. Throw in the Co-Pilot AI features, and it's a winner for me in my daily work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Instant messaging, and Co-Pilot recording/summaries of meetings. Such a cool feature that saves a ton of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As stated before, I would love the AI stuff to be more robust. Maybe even implement ChatGPT into Teams/Co-Pilot since MS basically owns them. Would be super cool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take if for a test drive, and you'll see the difference and ease of use! Once you've finished your first messaging session or collaborative meeting, you'll be hooked on using it for all communication.
