What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

What I like most is one-on-one messaging feature along with group messaging. We can make a video call to another person, he can also make a video conference with their team. It has a screen-sharing option, and the viewers can even ask for remote control during screen sharing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Best for business meetings, secure video conferencing software, we can record the video while doing meeting or any kind of seminars. Host can add any participant during call.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing what I noticed is we need laptop or system with good Ram than we can have quality call. Rest I don't feel any issue. Good to go.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great platform for meetings and it allows you to connect people from all over the globe. Benefit of quickly communicating with each other and even with people from other countries

This tool is best for team for your company both internal and external. You can easily add users of your team to your group and can create video conference, chats with them. You can share files in that group also. With screen sharing you can also present projects by integrating power point. Easy to create groups and can send links to your desired users. Users can join through the link for instant and scheduled meetings. You can set name for the meeting where you can add notes to describe the intention of the meeting. It helps to mute/ unmute another users and reminds you whether you are talking by muting the mic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is best in virtual collaboration with teams. Nothing to dislike this software.

I would recommend this to everyone who have more virtual meetings and want to save cost then it is the best platform. You can easily install this tool and make it ready to use, By integrating other tools like power point, share point, etc to minimize the workload. It is free to use so it will save your cost and will provide a quality video conferencing feature to everyone.

Easy user interface which is usefull for everyone. You can collaborate with your team virtually with this tool. You can share files with any size to your colleagues, team members easily. During video conferencing you can share screen and give presentation to your team, board members, clients, etc. Custom background, whiteboard, voice management are the highlighted features of this software. It is available both in web and mobile version.

It is very useful software for all. Nothing to dislike.

I would recommend this as it is not much pricing according to it's competitors. User friendly and best features where you can share screen, manage voice, etc. When talking it will remind you if your mic is off. It has unique features which makes it best among it's category.
