Nice, but a little more convoluted than others

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Being a Microsoft product, you know that the software is likely to be decent. It is a reputable name that you can usually trust. Teams works well with Windows machines too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Windows integration is very good and easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Using it on other operating systems is a bit clunky.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say that it is mostly down to your operating system of choice. If you are a Microsoft / Windows fan, then this makes sense, but think hard if you use Apple / Linux devices.
